Keolamau Yee was an undergraduate researcher and then a research specialist in the lab from August 2013 to May 2015. Keolamau graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior in 2014 and was also on the varsity Women's Gymnastics Team. In her free time she enjoys cooking, crafting, making jewelry, and doing yoga. She also enjoys working with senior citizens, and is potentially interested in geriatrics. She has one younger brother named Noa, and calls Hawaii home. Keolamau went on to pursue her MD at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii at Manoa
